Location is decent with a spacious parking lot, making it a great choice for group events. The hot tub is a nice addition, and breakfast is always stocked until shutdown. Yet, cleanliness issues and unfriendly service could use serious improvement. Just manage your expectations here.

the check-out lady was super rude, just unbelievable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. Not to mention, I was shocked that I didn’t even get a complimentary gesture for my troubles, a custom I thought was standard. I can’t believe I almost considered giving a good review, but this place was a total letdown.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi were absolute lifesavers for relaxation. The only little hitch was some noise from neighboring guests late at night, but it didn't dampen our fun. 😊

No elevators made it difficult to navigate with bags.

Staying here was perfect for our family! It’s super close to fun spots like the Aquatic Center and Bramble Park Zoo, which kept my teenage daughter entertained. The clean pool and hot tub were also a hit after a long day exploring.

The stay included a fantastic hot continental breakfast, continuously stocked to satisfy morning appetites. I appreciated the clean and comfortable room, which offered a relaxing atmosphere after a day at the car show. However, the air conditioning unit proved to be a bit loud for my liking, and at times, the hotel could get a little noisy due to other guests. An additional minor drawback was the limited options for in-room dining.

I stayed for 1 night in a Queen Room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the clean facilities and the comfortable bed. The parking area was spacious, allowing for easy access. Overall, a pleasant experience! 😊
